Due to the current World situation, and some disruptions in the normal postal services we are usually using, we are changing our postage options. If you would like to receive your parcel in 'Express' or if your country is not listed, please send us an email to info@marlonandlittlefriends.com and we will send you a quote. We appreciate your support and understanding on this.

Coronavirus update: Customers should expect delays and also reduced tracking and signature capture. 

 All parcels are sent from the United Kingdom.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed the next or second  working day and will be shipped within two working days. 

During the Sales period, it can take longer to dispatch your order (up to three or four working days). If it is urgent, you can send us an email and we will do our best to help.

-Europe and Worldwide

Shipping to Europe and Worldwide are now available. 

Please note that due to the Brexit, some rules have been changed regarding the parcels shipped outside the UK.

*For shipping outside the UK, taxes, customs, import duties and administrations charges may be applied and are due to be paid by the customer upon receipt (or before the parcel is released). It varies from country to country so we advise to contact your local customs office for some more informations before placing an order. Unfortunately we are unable to advise on the amount that this may be.

Any orders cancelled, returned to us or refused due to customs fees will be subject to a restocking fee, and any charges applied on the return to the UK (taxes, customs, import duties and administrations charges) will be taken off the refund. Refund will only be processed once the package has been returned to us. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
