Marlon and little friends accepts cards and Paypal payments via our website. Once the payment has been received, the item will be sent.
The cost of the shipping has to be added to the item purchased.
Most of the items are sent via Royal Mail. If you wish to have your item sent via another company, please contact our customer service directly to have a quote.
Once the item has been dispatched, you will receive an email from our customer service.In case of delays regarding your delivery, you can contact us, and we will try to solve the problem, but unfortunately, we have no control once the item has been already dispatched.
If you need to receive an item on a specific date, please contact us for a quote, and we will do our best to complete your request.
For shipping outside the UK, if your country is not listed, please contact us in order to request a quote.
International customs charges, VAT or import duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping price. It varies from country to country so we advise to contact your local customs office for some more informations before placing and order.
Refunds and exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, with the label and packaging included, not used, unwashed or altered.
The return will be handled within 5 working days from receiving it and will be refunded to the same card or account that they were paid from. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please send an email to our customer service to inform us. We recommend you send it recorded. We are not liable if the package goes missing during its journey back to us, and we are not able to chase your packages.
If you require an exchange, we ask that you return your unwanted items and place a new order via our online store.
If an item has been damaged in transit, please contact our customer service within the first day of reception.
Parcels from outside the UK: Please make sure your items are marked as 'RETURNED GOODS' on all customs documents. If it is not the case, the customer will be liable for customs charges upon the re-entry to the UK. This charges won't be refunded and will be paid in full by the customer (deducted from the refund total).
Bespoke and Made to order
Returns on Bespoke and Made to order items are not accepted.
Our Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded. They are valid for 12 months.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
- Keep a track on previous order purchase history
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
